Updated Apr 7th, 2021 at 13:43 BST
Follow these steps to extract a .tar, .gz, or .zip file after uploading it to your Linux Hosting account.
Note: Other compressed formats may not be supported. To check, see the cPanel documentation.
Go to your TsoHost Client Area: https://my.tsohost.com/clientarea.php Go to Services. Go to My Services. Select the service in question. Click on Login to cPanel button. Click on the cPanel Admin button.
In the cPanel File Manager, navigate to the directory in which the file is stored.
Select the file by right-clicking on it and then select Extract.
Note: You can only extract one file at a time. Enter the location where you want the files extracted. If you delete the location here, the file will be extracted to the /home directory for the account. If you enter a new location, cPanel creates it.
Click Extract File(s).
