We try to be as flexible as possible in which payments we accept. We accept payments via major Credit / Debit cards, PayPal and BACS (bank transfer).

Credit / Debit Card

Most customers choose to pay us using credit or debit card online. If you leave a card on file we can charge your invoice when it becomes due. We actually charge 3 days before the due date to prevent a domain going offline.

We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Solo and Switch credit or debit cards. We charge in GBP but can convert at the time of processing.

Note: unfortunately Maestro, Solo and Switch card types cannot be repeat billed in the same way as other major cards. If you choose monthly billing for a service with one of these cards, your monthly payment will fail and you will need to manually pay your bill each month.

PayPal

You can manually pay your invoices by Paypal online. Because the Paypal payment system is not as flexible as cards we cannot charge your Paypal account automatically, so we recommend making an annual payment to avoid you doing this monthly.

BACS

We accept offline payments via BACS. You will be provided with instructions on how to complete an offline transfer once you place an order.
