What is happening to Webfusion mail?

As we grow our business and focus our resources on providing the best products and services for our customers, we are cutting back on products that, although once pioneering, are becoming obsolete as alternatives become available.

In 2021 we migrated our customers to cPanel and Plesk platforms, which are more stable and secure. We are now shutting down old legacy mail platforms associated with the older platforms, as we can offer a better mail solution.

We will terminate all Webfusion mailboxes as of 24th March 2022. After this date, you will no longer be able to login, access files or migrate to a new mailbox, and emails will be lost.

How to migrate to the new Professional Email? #

If you or your email hosting provider have an active tsoHost account, we have already provided more information via email on how to activate the new Professional email free of charge.

The steps will be:

  1. Activate the new Professional email hosting plan. You can check this video for more information.
  2. Use the free migration tool with step by step guide.
  3. Change DNS.
