Account/Product Ownership Transfer

When an account needs to be transferred from one tsoHost customer to another, we will need written confirmation from both parties via our ticketing system, with an agreement of the transfer, ticket ID number of the original request for transfer, and a list of the products and services that need to be transferred. Some services would not be transferable or may require a migration fee in case of a hosting product transfer.

If you require a full account takeover, you can change all personal details and login credentials to the new account holder’s name, without contacting our Account Support.

Please note that in case of a full account takeover, all previous activity of the account will be visible by the new account holder.
