New Terms and Conditions Cancellation Policy

We've updated our Terms and Conditions. The changes to our Terms and Conditions will take effect on April 30th, 2018 and your continued use of Tsohost services will act as your acceptance of these changes.

Should you not want to accept these changes, you are able to cancel your services with immediate affect. A refund will be issued for unused time of any web hosting services you cancel. Due to the nature of the services, Domain Names, SSL Certificates and MX mailboxes will not be refunded.

To cancel please:

  1. Login to your my.tsohost account
  2. Click 'My Services', select the product you would like to cancel and click 'Request Cancellation. Repeat this step for each hosting service you wish to cancel.
  3. Click 'Support', 'Open New Ticket', 'Open a Ticket' then select 'Technical Support'. Once the free field loads, tell support you would not like to accept our updated terms and that you have submitted a cancellation request.
