How to change a Professional Email password

  1. Login to the client area: https://my.tsohost.com/clientarea.php
  2. Go to Services -> My Services
  3. Select the Professional Email from the product list
  4. Click on Login to Mailbox
  5. Under Users, select Manage next to the email address.
  6. Under Manage, select Password.
  7. Send a new Тemporary password.
  8. Login with the Temporary password you will receive at your email address.
  9. You will be prompted to create a password when you log in. Your temporary password will expire in 21 days.
  10. Enter a New Password and enter it again in Confirm password
  11. Select Submit. Password changes can take a minute to update.
