The account holder is not contactable. What now?

We would recommend that if you aren't the account holder but still wish to be involved with the account you should request that the owner adds you as a contact on the account. Please see the related article for a guide on how to do this.

If the account holder is not contactable and you are not a contact on the account please get in touch with support.

Please note we cannot make any changes to the account without the owners permission, however we will try to advise you as best as we can.
