Create a catch-all account
Updated Jan 28th, 2022 at 15:26 GMT
Create a catch-all email account to receive all mail sent to your domain that isn't already set up as an email address. For example, Jane has the domain coolexample.com, and she set up the email address jane@. If someone uses an unassigned address with her domain, like john@coolexample.com, Jane will still receive it through her catch-all.
You can create one catch-all account per domain.
Navigate to your Tso Client Area:
Select Manage next to the user you want to make a catch-all account.
Under Account information, select Edit.
Select the This account is the catch-all for this domain checkbox. (You'll only see this option if you don't already have a catch-all account for the domain.)
- Select Save.
To stop using an account as a catch-all, clear the This account is the catch-all for this domain checkbox. You'll no longer receive unassigned email sent to your domain.

You can also create a new user as a catch-all. Follow these steps, making sure you select the Use this account as a catch-all checkbox. More info What's a catch-all email account
