Why has my account been suspended?

There are a number of reasons why an account could have been suspended. Below are the most common reasons for a suspension, advice on how to resolve each case is also available.

Overdue Invoice

If you fail to pay your invoice by three days past the due date, your Tsohost account will be automatically suspended.

In some circumstances, if you are unable to pay your invoice by the due date, we may be able to extend the deadline. Please contact our support team well in advance to discuss your options.

To resolve account suspension, pay the invoice in full online and your service will be automatically restored within 30 minutes. If you service is not restored after 30 minutes, please contact support team.

Abuse

If your site has been identified as breaching our Acceptable Use Policy your account will be suspended.

A resolution to an account suspension due to abuse differs on a case-to-case basis. Please refer to support to seek an outcome.

Exceed Bandwidth Allowance

If your cPanel site exceeds the bandwidth allowance provided to you in accordance to your package spec, your account will be suspended. All accounts receive an email notification beforehand when nearing the bandwidth limit.

To resolve this, please contact support team to arrange an upgrade or temporary increase in bandwidth allowance.
