If you submitted your SSL certificate request for the wrong domain name and it hasn’t been issued, you can cancel the pending request, which will reset the SSL certificate “credit”.

1. Go to your tsoHost Client area
2. Go to Services → my Services
3. Select the exact certificate in product list
4. Click "login to Control panel"
5. Under Certificate Details, next to Status and Pending Verification, select Cancel.
6. A Certificate request pending cancellation banner will appear.

When your pending request is canceled, you can then request a new SSL certificate.
