outmx-259 Webmail IP blacklisted by Microsoft

FixingOur Webmail IP is blacklisted by Microsoft, which might result in receiving bounce back messages when sending to Outlook, Hotmail, etc. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the caused inconvenience. Our Cloud engineers already requested a de-list. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Cloud database issues

FixingWe noticed some issues with one of our cloud database servers (10.169.0.164, 10.169.0.168), which cause websites to load with default CMS installations. If your site is not loading correctly and is on the same server, please contact our support.

Daily Mail IPs blacklisted by Microsoft

FixingWe're currently experiencing a blacklist issue with some of our Daily mail IPs. Our team is working with Microsoft in order to resolve this as quickly as possible. Some of the Daily customers could be receiving bounce-back messages related to blacklists when trying to send emails. Please excuse us for the inconvenience!

My.tsohost.com not accessible by some customers

FixingSome of our customers are unable to reach their client areas from my.tsohost.com. If you are experiencing any issues accessing it, please contact our support so this can be further investigated. Each case is different and could have a potential different reason as to why a small number of clients are not able to reach the page. Please excuse us for any inconvenience caused!

Various issues with FTP connection.

PlannedIf you are experiencing any kind of FTP connection issue, in most of the cases it will be related with the software you are using. Before opening support tickets, please make sure that you are using the latest version of your FTP client software. If you have the latest version of your FTP client software, but still experience connection issues, please get in touch with our support center.

Cloud forwarding IP blocked by Microsoft

Issues with Direct Debit

FixingOur teams have been working diligently to resolve any delays associated with Go Cardless payments. While temporary fixes were put in place, they did not fully resolve the delays. As our Engineers performed a deep dive into the issues, a root cause was identified, and they’ve been working to put in a permanent fix. Our apologies for the inconvenience as we work through to a full resolution. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Upcoming Dedicated Server Maintenance

Scheduled Feb 12th, 22:00 - Feb 13th, 06:00 GMT

PlannedWe wish to inform customers with Webfusion dedicated servers that we will be performing system updates to your servers which will require a reboot to complete. This work will take place between 10:00pm on 12 February and 6:00am on 13 February. Each server will be unavailable for up to 1 hour during this time.
