Migration of *srv2.com servers.

PlannedWe are currently migrating our *.srv2.com servers to new machines. The old WHM/cPanel URLs won't be accessible after the migration is complete, but you will be able to login using the new URLs. Websites/emails shouldn't experience downtime, but if you find any abnormal behaviour please contact us via Ticket/Live Chat/Phone and will assist. Thank you for the understanding.

Issue with R sites on the Cloud platform

FixingWe are currently investigating an issue with the R sites on the cloud. Our cloud administrators are working with high priority to bring the sites online as soon as possible. Please accept our apologies for the caused inconvenience!

Issue related to Mr.Site Omnibuilder platform

UpdateWe are still investigating into this. We have our engineers on the case. So far they have come up with a temporary fix for this. They are still looking into a permanent solution, so occasionally you might still be getting a 503 error. Please excuse us about the inconvenience.

Cloud forwarding IP blocked by Microsoft

FixingWe are currently experiencing an issue where the cloud forwarding IP 31.170.120.82 is blocked by Microsoft. We are working closely with their support in order to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please excuse us for the caused inconvenience so far!

RAID Failure - Daily Hyper-v Platform

InvestigatingWe have had a RAID failure on one of our hyper-v hosts serving Windows VPS customers on the daily platform. We are currently working to resolve this issue and recover data where possible and customers affected will be contacted by our support teams shortly.

Issues with Direct Debit

FixingOur teams have been working diligently to resolve any delays associated with Go Cardless payments. While temporary fixes were put in place, they did not fully resolve the delays. As our Engineers performed a deep dive into the issues, a root cause was identified, and they’ve been working to put in a permanent fix. Our apologies for the inconvenience as we work through to a full resolution. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
