FTP issue on Webfusion shared servers

FixingWe are experiencing issue with FTP service on the shared Webfusion servers - connection can not be established and the FTP password can not be changed. It has been reported to our system administrators and they are working on this with high priority. Please accept our apologies for the caused inconvenience!

Cloud IP 87.247.242.5 blacklisted by Microsoft

Issue related to Mr.Site Omnibuilder platform

UpdateWe are still investigating into this. We have our engineers on the case. So far they have come up with a temporary fix for this. They are still looking into a permanent solution, so occasionally you might still be getting a 503 error. Please excuse us about the inconvenience.

Cloud forwarding IP blocked by Microsoft

Issues with Direct Debit

FixingOur teams have been working diligently to resolve any delays associated with Go Cardless payments. While temporary fixes were put in place, they did not fully resolve the delays. As our Engineers performed a deep dive into the issues, a root cause was identified, and they’ve been working to put in a permanent fix. Our apologies for the inconvenience as we work through to a full resolution. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
