Cloud MySQL Servers to be rebooted

FixingThere are planned MySQL server restarts in order to apply updates in the server functionality, which would be ongoing this evening and tonight. This would result in up to 30 minutes of downtime on some of the servers. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.

MrSite PayPal checkout issues

UpdateWe've identified an ongoing issue, affecting our MrSite legacy sitebuilder packages, specifically their PayPal checkout ability. We're aware of the matter and our development team is working on a fix. Note that Omnibuilder packages are not affected by this.

Webmail 95.142.156.251 outmx-259 blacklisted by Microsoft

FixingOur cloud hosting's webmail sending IP 95.142.156.251 (outmx-259.london.gridhost.co.uk) is again blacklisted by Microsoft and some other RBL's like Sorbs. We are currently working with high priority to delist the IP's, after taking the appropriate measures. Please excuse us for the caused inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Scheduled Reboots on Multiple Servers

UpdateWe had to increase the maintenance window for the reboots. These reboots will have to be performed between 18:00 and 06:00 (UK local time), however some systems may be updated outside of this window.

outmx-123 188.65.116.98 Blacklisted by Microsoft.

FixingUnfortunately our cloud hosting's mail IP 188.65.116.98, which is responsible for emails sending via contact forms, has been blacklisted by Microsoft and we are working as best we can on a delist as soon as possible. In the meantime, our client may face bouncebacks when emails are send from their contact forms to Microsoft accounts. Please excuse us for the caused inconvenience.

Server maintenance - Webfusion Linux VPS

PlannedWe wish to inform customers with Webfusion Linux VPS that we will be performing system updates to your servers which will require a reboot of the host machine to complete. This work will take place overnight between 4am and 8am on the following dates: Monday, 16 December 2019 Tuesday, 17 December 2019 Wednesday, 18 December 2019 Thursday, 19 December 2019 Each VPS host and your VPS will be unavailable for up to 2 hours during this time.

Planned maintenance on shared cPanel servers

FixingWe will be performing a maintenance on several of our shared cPanel servers in order to ensure better security. The servers will be rebooted on Thursday night (5th of December) and on early morning of 6th of December. The downtime should not be more than 10 minutes. Issues with Direct Debit

FixingOur teams have been working diligently to resolve any delays associated with Go Cardless payments. While temporary fixes were put in place, they did not fully resolve the delays. As our Engineers performed a deep dive into the issues, a root cause was identified, and they’ve been working to put in a permanent fix. Our apologies for the inconvenience as we work through to a full resolution. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
