If you receive a certificate mismatch error in your email software when sending/receiving email, you can either:

1) 'Permanently accept' the certificate if your e-mail software has that option

2) Change the outgoing/incoming server to mail.gridhost.co.uk (to match the certificate)

3) Disable SSL
