If you would have recently purchased Professional Email. You can now set your domain name's DNS zone.

If your domain name is registered with tsoHost and it is using our Client Area nameservers ( ns1.tsodns.com and ns2.tsodns.com ) you can now proceed and update your DNS records, which you can do by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to your Tso Client Area:

    • Go to "Domains"
    • Go to "My Domains"
    • Select the domain name in question
    • Click on "Custom DNS Records"
  2. Under "Add A New Record" section.

    • Select the type of record that you would like to add
    • Select TTL or leave it as it is
    • Enter the content

These are the DNS records that you would need to use in order to connect your domain name to your Professional Email service:

      Name: Type: TTL: Content: Priority:

       (@) MX 3600 smtp.secureserver.net 0

       (@) MX 3600 mailstore1.secureserver.net 10

       (@) TXT 3600 v=spf1 include:secureserver.net -all

    yourdomain.com_autodiscover._tcp SRV 3600 0 443 autodiscover.secureserver.net 0

Note: Please bear in mind that there would be a DNS propagation period of up to 24 hours in order for the DNS records to fully propagate. Also, note that if the domain name is not registered with us and it is not using our nameservers you would need to contact your Registrar/where the nameservers are located so that they can add the DNS records for you.
