To restore your database from a backup, first you will need to login to your cPanel interface. Under the 'Files' section, click on the 'Backup Vault' link, you will now be redirected to the Backup Manager system, now click on 'Restore databases' . 

This page will restore a database to a particular point in time, please choose the database to restore and the restore point and click on 'Restore databases'.
