We are working on a permanent fix and unfortunately some customers may still experience issues when accessing their emails. Please again accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

We're currently experiencing an internal issue with the Cloud mail system. There's high load on some of the mail servers and our team is working to resolve this with high priority. Some of the customers could be experiencing larger load times and even get temporary error messages. Please excuse us for the inconvenience.
