We are currently investigating on a Cloud mail related issue where mailboxes on different backend mail servers are throwing the following error:
"SMTP Error (451): Authentication failed"
The issue is already acknowledged by us and it's being investigated by our Cloud administrators. Please accept our apologies on the caused inconvenience!
