We are still experiencing intermittent issues with webmail on the Cloud, currently we are working towards an upgraded setup which should significantly boost the environment.

The issue that affected certain Cloud Webmail users has been mitigated. Please test and let us know should any similar errors related to the platform reoccur.

We are currently experiencing issue with the Cloud's Webmail. Customers on this platform may receive errors such as "Connection to IMAP server failed." This has been reported and our System administrators are working towards resolution.
