This should be resolved now. The issue was a faulty disk on the NAS.

Currently we are experiencing issues with the above mail storage. Mailboxes on it will not be able to see their emails via webmail, or a mail client. They'll be getting a connection to IMAP server failed message. We are working as quickly as possible to restore the service as normal. Please excuse us about the inconvenience.
