Tonight at 10:30 PM UK time there is planned reboot of one of our shell servers, in the meantime, some of the users on the Cloud platform might be unable to connect via SSH. You can try to disable and then enable to Shell Acces and this should fix the issue and you should be able to connect via SSH.
