TSOHost recently identified unauthorized code had been injected into servers within our hosting environment.
We promptly secured the server and launched an investigation to determine the extent of the issue.
We are primarily focused on quickly determining whether there may have been unauthorized access to any data contained on your hosting server.
Investigations of this nature are complex, but we will provide additional information as soon as we have completed our investigation.
In the meantime, we encourage customers to monitor their accounts for any suspicious activity.

We are investigating a technical issue which may be affecting some customers. As a precautionary measure, we have restricted access to some customers service to perform a full assessment. This will mean that you will not be able to access your server as we perform our investigations. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause, we're working as fast as we can to restore your access, and we will provide you with the results of our investigation as soon as they are available.
