The main issue where the Shell server was unresponsive has been fixed and it needed to be performed an emergency reboot. The server is now online but due to the high number of shell accounts present it will take a while for it to restart all of them. We roughly expect this period to take 2-3 days.
All shell users can regain access by disabling/enabling the shell account via the Cloud's control panel. This will get the shell connection to shell3.gridhost.co.uk functional in case a user cannot connect to the shell server.
