The issue was caused by the cron server trying to execute thousands of cronjobs at once. This has been sorted by our Cloud Engineers. Please excuse us about the inconvenience.

Currently we are experiencing some high load on certain linux web servers. This is why on some websites you can see intermittent ISE errors or a 502 error on the admin page. This has been reported and our team is working towards mitigating these issues. Please excuse us about the inconvenience.
