Issue has been resolved about one day ago and after that we've not received any new reports about it. If you are experiencing any issues with your email account hosted on the cloud please contact our support team.

Unfortunately, we are still experiencing a DDOS attack against our Cloud mail system, resulting in intermittent connection errors for Webmail/Mail clients. Our Infrastructure team have put measures in place to mitigate this as best we can whilst this continues, and we will continue to work on ways to lessen the impact faced by users.

The issue has now been mitigated and the email services are back to normal. We will continue monitoring the situation to avoid this from reoccurring.

Currently we are experiencing issues with some of our mail servers. We have identified it to be a DDOS. Currently our System Administrators are looking into the case.
