We've located and resolved the issue. The database host is up-and-running, all websites using it should work as expected.

We'll continue to monitor the situation closely to prevent further complications.

We are currently investigating an issues with one of the database hosts - 10.169.0.184. Websites using this database server may show MySQL connection errors or time-outs.
Our Infrastructure team are currently working on it with highest priority.
