Most services have now returned back to normal, please get in touch with our support teams if you're still experiencing any issues, so we can look into the individual cases.

Service has been restored to several of the machines, we're working hard to get everything back to normal for the rest.

Despite our continuous efforts, we're still experiencing issues with one the nodes services are running on, we're currently looking into the possibility of moving the services onto a healthy host to resolve this. We'll update this page with any news as soon as we have them.

The issue is currently affecting dedicated Freezone machines as well. We are aware of the problem and working on fixing it as quickly as possible.

We are currently experiencing an issue with one of our hosts that has some of the old Freezone and Domainexpress services on it which can make websites and emails temporary inaccessible. We are working on the issue with highest priority and will update the status page with more information as soon as possible.
