We'll be performing some planned maintenance and updates to the cloud web servers. These will be rolled out gradually over the next 2 months to ensure minimal customer impact, the servers will be upgraded on a letter by letter and number to number basis. Our engineers will observe the process closely and take action in the event if any issues.
The update project will start on Monday October 8th and work will be carried regularly overnight between 05:00 and 07:00. We’re carrying out this work to future-proof our webservers, to give them a little performance boost, and to improve defences. The impact to any websites hosted on the cloud should be minimal but if you spot any problems, please get in touch with our customer support as soon as possible.
