Resolvedover 6 years ago

We have now restored the affected MySQL servers to a working state.

These problems are due to a hardware failure on the server these databases were hosted on, as a result, there was file system corruption meaning that databases running on our database servers 10.169.0.35, 10.169.0.37 and 10.169.0.38 needed to be restored from their most recent backup.

This may result in your database being an older version as to that running when the hardware failure occurred.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused as a result of this outage.

Updateover 6 years ago

We're having to do a chassis swap on the node these 3 database host's run from, meaning that these will be down for some time.

We don't have an ETA regarding the time period for this but will complete this as quickly as we can.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Fixingover 6 years ago

We're currently investigating a problem on 3 of our Cloud database servers, which will lead to database connection errors when trying to access a site using one of the hosts.

Apologies for this, we're working to fix this as quickly as we can.
