Some servers on our Windows 2003 platform were experiencing high load which caused the failed HTTP/1.1 sessions.

Currently we are experiencing issues with some websites that are using Windows 2003 as a platform - HTTP/1.1 New Session Failed. The issue has been reported to our Infrastructure team and they are investigating. Please excuse us about the inconvenience.
