We have been monitoring the server overnight and during the day. There was a spike in load for the morning whilst mailbox caches were being built, however this has now settled down which will result in improved performance for those on mail store 18.

The migration has been completed. We are now monitoring the platform health. Mailboxes are available again.

We have commenced the server migration. Mailboxes on this mailstore will be unavailable until the works complete.

Our engineers continue to closely monitor performance. Load has stabilised and the majority of user on mailbox storage 18 are able to access their accounts.

To prevent further disruption, the server migration has been scheduled at 11pm tonight, 22/3/18. Mailboxes will be unavailable for ~1 hr while this update takes place.

An updated will be posted once the migration has successfully completed.

We are working to resolve an issue affecting some customers on mail storage 18. Some user may have difficulty logging into their account, see 504 error or disconnect errors.

To help rectify this issue as quickly as possible we are migrating affected mailboxes to new storage. No mail will be lost during this migration.
