The issue has been identified as a failing drive. This has now been replaced and the raid is rebuilding.

We are currently experiencing issues with 'T' sites hosted on our cloud platform. Users affected by this issue are seeing 500 and 502 errors and in some cases websites are timing out. Our engineers are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
