Our engineers continue to work to resolve the issue affecting some mailboxes. We kindly ask that any users affected by this issue avoid refreshing their mailbox until a resolution status is posted.

We are investigating issues with a couple of mail storages on Gridhost. Some mailboxes will appear empty - emails are there, they just cannot be seen. Our specialists are working on it.
