Our sysadmins have now mitigated this issue and all mailboxes should be working as normal.

We are still investigating ongoing connectivity issue with emails hosted on the cloud. Possible symptoms on customer's end could be connection to storage server failing, problems with logging into Webmail/email clients. Please, bear with us. We would like to apologise to all customers for any inconvenience as a result of this.
