On 10th November 2022, we confirmed the retirement of the Gridhost platform. Ahead of this retirement, we delivered communications through multiple channels, including the tsoHost status page, Gridhost login page and social media. Unfortunately, since the platform is now retired, customers who have not contacted us to restore or migrate files have now been permanently removed from our servers and are no longer available.

On 10th November 2022 we retired our Gridhost platform.
If you have lost access to your Gridhost website/s and emails and require backups please open a support ticket requesting your files.
Please note that any backups will only be available until 5th December 2022 – following the 5th December, all files will be permanently removed from our servers and will no longer be available.
