On 10th November 2022, we confirmed the retirement of the Gridhost platform. Ahead of this retirement, we delivered communications through multiple channels, including the tsoHost status page, Gridhost login page and social media. Unfortunately, since the platform is now retired, customers who have not contacted us to restore or migrate files have now been permanently removed from our servers and are no longer available.

On 10th November 2022, we retired our Gridhost platform, meaning your website/s and emails are no longer be accessible. Customers should have received multiple email communications (On 26th September 2022, 11th October 2022, 27th October 2022, 3rd November 2022 and 9th November 2022), advising of the closure with advice throughout the transition.
If you haven’t yet backed up your data – for a limited time, we can enable FTP access to your account, so you can download the content from the platform.
