Upon further investigation, we can confirm that the webmail interface and connectivity appears to be working as intended since the root cause was fixed yesterday.

However, if you are using an email application and you are still getting authentication errors when trying to connect to the email account or send an email - please try resetting and/or updating your email account's password and try again.

We will continue to monitor this for the time being. If you encounter any issues, please contact our support teams.

The issue continues to occur intermittently and our Administrators are looking into this further.

The root cause has been fixed so the functionality should be restored. There could still be intermittent errors when trying to send messages, and we are still looking into resolving them. We will further update this page when we have more information.

The issue has resurfaced, our specialists are working on resolving it as top priority. In the mean time you may expirience issues with sending/receiving messages via both Webmail or any mail client for mail boxes on the Cloud platform.

There appears to be an issue with the email service on the Cloud platform which affects accessibility and sending/receiving messages via both Webmail or any mail client.
