We have been working to restore your server via our backup files. Restoring your websites is taking longer than we expected, but 90% of websites should now be up and running.

All customers will now be able to access their Control Panels, even if their websites aren’t yet live. However, we recommend that you refrain from making any new updates to your sites until lunchtime on Wednesday 16th March 2022, as incoming backups could overwrite the changes you make.

Customers are also now able to access their emails and will be able to send and receive new emails. We are still working to restore historic emails, but this restoration should take place during the coming days.

Further updates on timings will be posted on this status page. Please continue to check here for the latest news.
