We will be performing what is known as a ‘lift and shift’ migration of Daily servers. This method would mean you will keep the same IP address and won’t have to make any changes to your DNS, tools or software. This will be preformed on 19th of January.
The downtime on the Daily servers will be approximately 12 hours. We aim to complete the work overnight from the evening of 19th January 2022, and during this time the servers and sites hosted on them will not be accessible.
Unfortunately, customers will be unable to choose their own migration dates or times, however we aim to complete the migration overnight, outside of standard working hours.
You don't need to take any action once the maintenance is complete. Please refer to our status page for further updates, which will also confirm when all migrations have been completed.
