After some extensive high priority checks and planning, our Administrators would be able to perform the maintenance within 6 hours, as it was planned originally.

We will be performing maintenance on our cloud hosting platform. The maintenance will start on the 16th of February, we aim to complete the maintenance outside of the standard working hours of 9am to 6pm.

The maintenance window will be around 6 hours, which may impact the performance of your websites hosted on the platform during this time.

This could include your websites being down for a short period of time, slow loading of your websites or general performance issues. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.

There is nothing you will need to update on your end, and we ask that you don't make any changes to your website during the maintenance window as they may be lost.

We notified our customers regarding an upcoming maintenance window on the Cloud Hosting platform, due to take place in January 2022.

Тhe nature of the work required has now changed. We will now perform a 'lift and shift' migration of our client's websites to our fully optimized data centre, in approximately 30 days time. An email notification will be send 7 to 10 days ahead of the migration, confirming a specific date when the migration will take place.

We will perform a 'lift and shift' migration of our client's websites. The IP addresses will remain the same and there should not be any changes to your websites DNS, tools or software.

We aim to complete the migration overnight, outside of standard working hours, and there will be no need to take any action once the migration is complete.
The downtime on the website(s) will be approximately 12 hours.
This process should be completed till mid-February, and during the migration process the websites may be unable to be accessed.
The email server will remain active during this time, and customers will still be able to send and receive emails.
