We will be performing a planned maintenance on our ticketing system, between 00:00-01:00 am on the 8th of December. During this maintenance, customers would not be able to submit new tickets or reply in existing ones.
Please try to avoid new replies during the maintenance, as we may not receive them and some support queries might be lost in the process.
