The root of the issue has been identified and a fix that requires updates be rolled out to the entire cPanel environment is ongoing. Once this is done, we will update this page.

We have received reports for issues with the running process of AutoSSL for some of our customer with shared cPanel and Business Hosting plans.
We are actively working on resolving the matter.
