We wish to inform you that we will begin to perform regular automated reboots of our cPanel servers starting from the 21st of September.
The maintenance window for this will be between 6 AM and 8 AM every Tuesday. Generally, we expect the servers to be rebooted every 3 weeks however occasionally further reboots may be required if an update is particularly urgent.
Performing these reboots would ensure that your services are always up-to-date and secure. We expect virtual servers to experience a downtime of around 5 minutes. For dedicated servers, we expect the downtime to be between 10 and 20 minutes.
