Some clients might experience issues when trying to update an existing ticket by replying trough their e-mail. Our system administrators are investigating and working on a solution.

If you experience this issue, please update your ticket trough your client area following these steps: https://my.tsohost.com/clientarea.php -> Support -> My Tickets.
