This has been fully resolved now. We'll continue to monitor the matter to ensure no further issues arise.

It appears, that we are experiencing the same issue again and our administrators are working on a permanent fix.

Until a more permanent fix has been applied, please reply to support tickets through the TSOHost client area.

A fix has been deployed that allows messages to go through. A permanent resolution for this is in the works and it should be deployed fairly soon.

We have noticed that replying to support tickets via email addresses does not update them. Our Administrators are aware of the issue and they are investigating it.
In the meantime, please reply to support tickets through the TSOHost client area.
