We are still working on resolving this and our System administrators are working on a permanent fix for this issue.

Most of the mailboxes on the mail storage are now working correctly, but there are still some that are experiencing the same IMAP connection issues. Our system administrators are still working on resolving the issue.

We have discovered an issue with one of our mail storage servers on the gridhost platform, which can cause connection issues via mail client and webmail. Our seniors are currently investigating the matter - normal usage should restore soon.
