The issue with webmail on the Cloud platform has been resolved and normal access should be restored, as well as sending and receiving, but we will continue to monitor the service for the time being.

There is currently an issue with accessing webmail on the Cloud platform and our Administrators are looking into it.
We will update this status page as soon as we have more information.
