The issue has been fixed and we were monitoring it when it resurfaced again. Our administrators have dealt with the issue again and we keep monitoring the cluster closely.

We are currently investigating an issue with high load on the servers responsible for the websites starting with the letter H on our Cloud platform.
Our administrators are working on mitigating this as quickly as possible.
