The issue should now be fully resolved and access to the mailboxes should be reinstated.
Please have in mind though that there are a lot of messages stuck in the queue and it would take some time for all of them to be delivered.

We have found the cause for the issue and we are doing our best to fix it as soon as possible, however there is no ETA at the moment.

We are currently investigating an issue with email accessibility on the legacy Webfusion shared platform. Our administrators are working on isolating the issue as quickly as possible and we will post further updates once we have more information.
