We are currently experiencing issues on our cloud mail system, which prevents e-mails to be sent trough mail clients such as Outlook, Thunderbird, etc. Our system administrators are currently investigating the issue. Meanwhile you can use the cloud's webmail system where the issue is not experienced - https://webmail.gridhost.co.uk/
