It would appear that the issue is still resurfacing intermittently. We are still checking on a permanent fix and we will update this page once we have more information.

It would seem that the issue has reappeared, but we have identified the main cause of it and we are working towards its resolution. Customers may experience intermittent file/write error messages or invalid login details in both webmail and mail client in the meantime.
