The issue with installing certificates has reoccurred. We are currently investigating the cause and once there is an update, we will let you know.

The issue is now resolved and SSL certificates can now be installed on the old cloud hosting. Please contact our support if we can be of further help.

We have identified an issue that prevents the provisioning of SSL certificates on the cloud hosting platform - this includes third party SSL certificates and our own SSL certificates as well.
Our seniors are currently working on a resolution and we will update this status as soon as a fix is deployed.
